My experience so far
I have been a member of Wealthy Affiliates for a little over a month now. I was a little skeptical at first but now I have learned so much in such a little amount of time. I began slowly, spending only a few hours a week learning and building, but as I have learned more, my interest has continued to grow. This happened once I got a premium membership because the wealth of information at your fingertips grows exponentially from a free starter membership.
Last week I was messing around with the CSS code on my siterubix site and broke it, I was getting nothing but a white screen. I created a support ticket but became impatient and decided to just get my own domain and start over. I had my article text saved so it was only a matter of copying the text over. Within a few hours , however, the support ticket had been resolved and my old site was back up. But I had already started the new one so I deleted the siterubix one. It was reassuring, however, to know how quickly WA provides support.
With greater knowledge and understanding of how to create a site with the look I wanted, I am very proud of my new site. It has been up for a week now but I feel like I have made so much progress in that time. I have been working on it all throughout the day. It has become sort of a hobby for me now, an addicting one at that. I joined amazon affiliates network and was approved for adsense. I plan on joining other affiliate networks soon, but just thought I would learn a little more with amazon first. The only issue I'm having is getting traffic to my site. But it has only been a week so it is not realistic to expect first page google rankings this quickly. I think my best traffic source so far has been street articles.
Here is my site: http://eatliveexercise.com
Please let me know if you guys have any tips on how I can improve it or if I'm doing anything wrong, Any information would be greatly appreciated.

First off, wonderful to hear you are making such wonderful progress through the training here! That is wonderful!
I really like the domain you have chosen for your website. I think it is very brandable and memorable and this is going to benefit you going forward (and the fact that it is a .com which will rank better).
I like the design of your website, I do think that you should use relevant images within your content and your main page "why eat live exercise" you should use an image of yourself if possible. This imagery will lead to better reader rates and if you can add personal appeal to your site, you will create a lot more trust. Always a good idea.
You are definitely heading in the right direction with your website. :)
Thanks Kyle! I need to add more info on my main page and then I was going to put a picture up as well of myself. But maybe I will put the picture up first then because you make a great point.
Yeah, work through it at your own pace and update as you wish. Your website will always evolve and you can update when and where you see fit.
