Need your input on niches
Good evening every one I need your input on this niches. Tell me what you think. Anyone has had any success in any of this areas?
I like the thought of a website to help people in different areas of life. my website is called the The Life Change Report. I am choosing the name so it can be more like a news page or blog. I would talk about different subjects or topics.
Maybe I am going to broad. But I am here to learn. So have at it...! Critique please.
1. Personal Development ( I signed up affiliate programs with Tony Robbins, Bob Practor, John Assaraf (with john I need to build website first with content the same with some of the people from the secret)
2. Food and bevarages:
Making Salsas
Grilling steaks
Making mix drinks (supplies)
? Selling wine & spitits (driving traffic to wine/spirits sellers) beer club, Whisky and cigars clubs. This one i am still trying to see if it works.
3. How to start a business online
4. How to make money online
5. How to sell products online.
6. How to become an affiliate online
7. How to invest in the stock market online (trying to find a niche I signed up affiliate program with James Altucher for this one) this one can go on personal development as well.
8. How to trade with Binary Options NADEX ( the only binary credible platform in Noth America)
9. How to start a Hedge Fund company
10. How to invest in Real Estate
11. How to grow your own food the right way
12. How to build credit
13. How to get funding for your business
14. How to get credit when banks say no.
15. Alternatives funding for business
16. Aquaponics and Hydroponics,
17. Growing organic food.
18. Dyslexia (I am thinking on how to go about this one) I need to create down the road a system on this. ( I am dyslexic so my brain is wired a little different and process things a little weird)
I have a ton more ideas, I got overwhelmed just thinking of all the things i know. LOL...!
I am not very good a content, English is my second language, though I speak and write English well, it takes me a little while to write things down and get content going. But I am not too worried about that. I know I can outsource this things. I just need to keep moving.

I would go with Dyslexia, you know what it is, you live with it day to day, and plus many of us has family members with it and could use your input on it.
Thanks Lori. I am working on Dyslexia. Is very difficult subject but can be done. Reason is dyslexia is still a growing learning process. education system and Doctor would much prefer do diagnose kids and adults as ADHD. So I am working on this one slowly.
And yes, is one of my favorite ones even though I named it at the bottom...! Lol..! That is dyslexia talk.

Jose, I think that the business ideas are great, but I don't see how the relate to the food ideas. In my opinion, I think you should focus on one or the other, or create a website for each.
As for the dyslexia you could simply include that on your about me page.
