I love the image here. It seems tough to stick to hard work when you haven't seen it pay off yet but everything that is truly valuable is worth it in the end. We just have to keep motivating ourselves and pushing. As I heard another WA member say, you have to keep pushing especially when you reach the point where most people will quit. Don't give up, just power through it.

Yep, you totally get it. I think the image serves as a great reminder of our natural expectations verses our reality. You can't give up just because things don't seem as to be expected. Chances are we might not even know what to expect.
