Structure, Structure and Good Foundation

Hi everyone, just a quick note for some of the newbies and maybe some of the not so newbies.

This week has proven to be tough, I will be honest. With so much training that I am enthusiastically trying to get through and want so bad to get to the next step, I have had repeatedly been interrupted by the fur baby that needs to go out or the proverbial...MOM, MOM, MOM or playing Tammy's Taxi Service. My schedule has been the utmost chaotic as well.

I took a breather and analyzed the situation to find a solution. I have quite a bit of Sales and Sales Management background and experience with that comes, you guessed it tons of training. I took a moment to reflect back to what my old process was and how I managed to get everything done when I was on the top!

Light bulb moment, the key to any successful person is organization! Along with organization comes structure. How many new people do I want to add to my circle? How many people do I want to help achieve their goals or just help them with a general inquiry, how many hours of training do I want to complete or how many segments of sessions, and how much time to dedicate to my business opportunity.

I immediately got offline today, and developed a business plan on how I would achieve what I am setting my goals out to be. It's a plan of attack, a calendar carved out with time for training, production, accountability, appointments, mom mom mom's, and Tammy Taxi Service.

Everything is sound when you have a solid foundation, plan of attack and goals but detailed with dates and times. It created Life Balance, it creates accountability, productivity and a star affiliate!

I credit this practice to an old sales manager that taught me well. I think of him often and he really did make me one of the top sales associates.

I encourage everyone to organize but bundle it with goals, deadlines and your time.
