$Credit For Referrals$

So I read a couple of blogs that said you only get paid for referrals that go premium. Misunderstandin! If you refer someone and they complete their account set up, you get a $1 credit. It's not much but those dollars add up. Posted a picture for proof.

I have referrals that have signed up but I have never received $1 credit. When do u receive this credit? I have had some for almost a month and never received credit. They have posted pictures and are active. Do we have to wait 30 days? I only ask because sometimes I receive the credit. Out of 400 I have only received 12 credits but the other 388 have a picture as well but didn't receive credit. Just wondering what is the difference or did I do something wrong?
