Probably thinking what's this got to do with being Successful of creating a Website, Correct?

Do you bless dinner and the hands that made it?. Why not?

Well believe it not it has in part about you mental health, the more we are grateful of all things the less stress, anxiety and negativity you feel.

Why is this important?

When you are able to clear your mind and give thanks for that moment your are not thinking about your situation of your next blog or niche, you are simply relaxing. It takes practice and time but when your mind is quietened you then have control, just saying a meaningful blessing regardless of your beliefs or your religion for all things you can actually feel an upliftment inside your soul. Blessing and gratitude will help you relax and when you are relaxed good things can happen.

Relaxing

When you are totally relaxed no matter how brief, you allow your mind to clear, opening a path to your sub conscience, that's were all those thoughts, problems, ideas, stored memories, teaching etc. lie. Then out of the blue, light bulb moment happens. Problems become fixable, ideas come to light, creativity heightened, negativity buried all because you took that moment not to think but give thanks.

So what are you going to do? keep going the way you going,allowing the weight on your shoulders get heavier or stop, take a deep breath and be grateful, say thank you and feel the weight lifting.

We all want to succeed in life, so Let's make it easier for ourselves and enjoy the journey, life is what YOU make it....
