Hi Terry, this must be very frustrating, I have googled your problem, but can't find any solutions online. Might be because I don't know what this error is called. Try to search for it and see what you find, or hopefully you can find somebody here in the community that can help, wish I could, but I am new to wordpress and still learning.

I got it. It was all my fault and beg forgiveness from the masses. Turns out that I was out of order in the way I was accessing the "cropping" area. OOPS! Thank you for checking though. I found out how to do it through one of janicebowles blogs. A wealth of info, she is. Thank you again. I added some of the pics in my "Better Late Than Never" today, if you are still interested.

It seems frustration is in the air. I know it has been a trying afternoon working on my site. I set out to accomplish three tasks but ended up with maybe 1/2 of a task accomplished!
