I got ranked by Google.
I am so happy. I have not even submitted my website, for review, and I got ranked. I am trying to get that first milestone. So it seems like I am doing an okay job. I spend my free time building out a nice site that can draw attention and in the future make money for me.
I realize that every small thing which I do has an effect. It will produce big things in the future. What will happen next?

Your website looks good and you have started to build out your content.
This feedback is not to burst your bubble but rather to help you understand the terms and what they mean for your business.
1. Your website has been INDEXED by Google and the search engines.
This means that it is now in the "website library" and can be found on the internet. ((See photo (1) )
2. Whilst you can say that you have been ranked in Google, that will only be so for your exact keywords, i.e.tefljohn. ((Photo (2) )
3. Searching for any other keywords, e.g. tefl, will show that you have not yet been ranked. ((Photo (3) )
4. Being RANKED means that your website and content appear on the 1st page of Google and the other search engines in random keyword searches.
This will happen as you build out your content, like Jeff said, and become recognised as an authority for the quality of your content.
