It's been a great holiday indeed, because for the first time in days it has not rained! Woot Woot! With that being said, I've spent quite a lot of time on WA today! I can't seem to tear myself away! I've set up my website, made SEVERAL changes throughout the day, and oh my gosh, I've been reading SO many blogs, comments, training articles, etc!!
Is there a WA Anonymous for those of us that are new and so enthralled with all of this great information and wisdom that is being shared? It's now 12:45 am and ...... I.... MUST.... go..... to.........bed!

I know how you feel, I had an all day and half the night the other day at WA, even forgot to Eat, then the wife came home and asked whats for dinner...LOL.. Keep training and progressing its worth it cheers John
