Hi, wish I knew the answer but I have been here about a month myself and have not figured it out yet. What I am curious about is how are you getting that much traffic already? I don't have much traffic. I think it's great you are getting the traffic and I think the conversions will come with time.
Honestly, Facebook is a great way to share stuff. I just look up groups or pages that are related to my niche and I write a little post explaining my website and myself. It seems to work a little bit.

I think a lot of it comes down to what type of traffic your website is getting. If it's coming from social shares within Facebook (like you say below), Pinterest, Stumble Upon, etc... that type of traffic generally really doesn't convert. Most of that traffic is distracted, not focused on what you're selling and will end up leaving.
Honestly, in my experience, I find search traffic to be the best for converting... if you can capture someone at a phase of WANTING something, then your job is MUCH easier.
I've also noticed you've only been around here a few weeks. Keep with the training, keep creating new content targeted at search terms and you'll find over time you'll get rankings and a much better response.
