Writing quality contents is not that difficult

Hello WA and welcome to all new members.

I was reminiscing today about how anxious I was when I first decided to join wealthy affiliate. That faithful day, I was online searching for work at home jobs when I stumbled on to a post about WA. I decided to check it out and have been a member since that day.

My idea of work at home job was working for someone and getting paid bi weekly but WA changed me and I began to think bigger. I realized after going through some lessons that I could start my own business.

Wow, I could be an entrepreneur. I was so excited when I build my first free website. It was like that Christmas present I couldn't wait to open. I changed my theme so many times that my site could have crashed.

Then Kyle told us to write our first post. Aaaaah! talk about pooping on my party. OMG, I began to panic. I was not good at composition at all. I had nightmare in high school and college about compositions. Kyle said we didn't have to be English majors to write a good post but I still panicked.

My first post was horrible.... I think. Anyway, I have learned a lot since then and have overcome my fear of writing. I want to share with you what I have learned so far about writing content.

How to write high quality content

I couldn't hear the phrase 'content is king' enough when I started. A site with high quality content is easier to monetized. There are many things you need to do in order to write a good content. Below is a list of ideas for writing good content.

Write in your own voice, be original. Google rewards sites with original high quality contents.
There is no perfect content, just high quality and poor quality ones. Write freely till you have exhausted all you want to say.
Do some research before writing
Plan your content before starting
Make your topic captivating like a headline
Provide answers
Compliment your text with images
Use videos when possible
Get to the point
Make sure the facts in your content are accurate
Update your content regularly
Initiate a call to action at the end of each post
Find your happy place.

I usually try to be in a happy place before writing my content because mood can be reflected to your content. For me, some exercise puts me in a happy place. When I can't exercise, chocolate will do the trick.
