I want to change my heading on my page but every time I do it changes my page title too. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you for responding so quickly, I am wanting to change my opening title within my article but when I do it also changes the title of my theme page within my header.

You change either your page title or the header. To change the header, go to site manager>appearance>customize>header and make the changes. This will change the header on all your pages. I can't think of any other "heading" beside the title unless its related to your specific theme.
