Rough few days. Feeling smothered
Hi Everyone...
The last few days have been rough. I work very hard not to get irritated, annoyed or angry with anyone or while working. For 2 days we had to go to the local auction to get cars. It's been in the 90's which means hot and also humid on top of it. We're told to walk a mile (because we can't use the shuttle because of their COVID rules) to get to where the cars are to be moved from wearing polyester (plastic) shirts for God knows how long it takes us, from amongst 100s of them. Some of my co-workers are older folks who shouldn't be out in that kind of heat.
As for the funding for the invention, I did speak with someone from Idea Pros (shark tank) on Thursday. They cannot help me because the invention isn't in physical form. It's not something I can do. So the fella I talked to sent me to a site where I can try and connect with someone who might be able to help. I responded to their email, but I think I'm going to have to wait until next week before I get a response.
Too many things in my life right now need to be fixed and I feel totally lost and alone. I'm working on finding answers and doing what I can to turn myself around... because I cannot focus on what I need to do.
I'm not the only one going through this. Damn virus didn't make things any easier for anyone.
Thanks,
Sylvia

Somebody blogged about how to deal with this kind of stress not long ago. The gist of the blog was to pick one thing and deal with it, then choose another until the overwhelm starts to deplete and you can see progress. I get that it is easier said than done. whatever you do I wish you all the best.
Today is a new day. Think of the walk as a way to get more exercise. Its best to avoid public transport even if you are wearing a mask. Things will improve.
Our case number & death toll (Chile) is rising but the testing here is almost as good as South Korea, unlike eg UK where even healthcare workers struggle for regular testing.
We are in quarantine again. We are allowed out with an online E-permit twice a week for the Dr, shop, banking or to walk a dog (30 mins only). Only twice a week. Intried to use my bank permit on the way back from the bank to go to a supermarket (not allowed!)
Im sure others have it tighter. But I promise, today will be a better day.
Have a great day.
Trevor
The virus has changed the way we move,
the way we interact with others, the way
we work.
This is difficult because changing all of our
daily habits is a real headache. Unfortunately,
this is the price we have to pay to get rid of
this evil disease.
So let's put our fists in our pockets and move
forward together so that all these difficulties
cease as quickly as possible.

We had a second hit of the Virus in Melbourne,
this Virus is not an easy one to overcome,
in time like this, we are challenged,
and of course very insecure of what will bring the tomorrow,
and we all have been going true physiologic downstate.
Let's hope that after the storm
the Sun will shine again upon us
be strong, be safe and be well

Hi Sylvia, Be well. Stay strong.
If your invention will help others too, you could check out this guy who became a multi-billionaire practically overnight with the 5-hour energy drink. He has committed to help others through funding inventions.
"
Our Founder
Billions in Change is led by billionaire Manoj Bhargava, creator of 5-hour ENERGY, who believes those with more have a duty to serve those with less. He is committed to enabling the unlucky half of the world to obtain basic needs so they can live healthy, productive lives. That goal is the focus of the work he is funding through Stage 2, The Hans Foundation, and The Hans Foundation Hospitals. Manoj has dedicated 99 percent of his wealth to helping those in need and is employing a unique zero-profit business model in order to serve as many people as possible."
