Last month my payments for premium were done automatically. Which I had no clue about. So if their is a refund policy pls let me know.
Hi - there are no refunds, it is covered in the terms and conditions. By signing up to premium, you agreed to automatic, recurring monthly payments.
If you now wish to cancel your account, you have to do it yourself. Click on your profile picture, go to account settings then membership, click cancel billing.
Do be aware that you will lose all access to this platform, as you cannot go back to being a free starter again.

In Live Chat I suggested you PM Kyle, selecting the Billing option, and ask him directly about your situation.
