The answer for me is simple to say: "Follow the training and do what the training teaches me."
The execution takes a degree of patience, self-discipline and, for me, hard work.

Great going with your 1st referral, I would say the best way is to follow the Affiliate bootcamp training as there is where you will learn to gain referrals, how did you get your 1st referral Adam, please share with all.
I've been in the freelance market for a long time. So I have built up a following on different social media networks and I figured I would start by putting a word out on there. So far it's been pretty good. I've got thousands of followers in each of several different groups, pages, etc. I put the word out of a new venture and people started asking questions right away. May not be the best method, but it is certainly a hopeful start.
