God give me patience...and I want it right now!

i DID IT!!! I am building my site. I wish I was blogging about making money but I need patience with myself. Trust me, I am a very patient person. Train a horse...you learn to be calm, patient and forgiving.

But, like most folks that are "go-getter's", I sometimes have little or no patience for myself. I have to make myself, treat myself better! Period.

So as a beginner at this, (ya'll have been here) it takes the wonderful experience of seeing it all come together to keep me focused (and an occasional pat on the back). I have a long way to go. I could use some constructive criticism on ANY things you see I could do better...especially from you guru's. Thanks for all the wonderful, helpful training. Felling good today! Suze Q

Patience and persistence will win the race.

lol. I hear you.

RE: Your site - I suggest moving Privacy Policy and About Me to the right end of the menu bar. Put all of the important links first so readers click and dive right in.

Your post categories label shows as "uncategorized." You can edit that and change the word uncategorized to a keyword category. Looks more professional.

I notice you have the social buttons both above and below your post. I had mine this way for a bit then changed to leave them only at the end. I personally liked the look of my pages better that way. You might want to consider showing more lines of the post and/or deleting the first round of social buttons at the beginning of the post. I don't have any background research to support the setup - I just personally think it results in a cleaner look and the post isn't swallowed up by the buttons showing above and below it.

ok thank you..not real savvy at moving things around yet but I will try right now.

I can certainly relate to your post! Thanks for the reminder!

Hi Susan, I just reviewed your page. Great job!! Very simple language, very captivating and convincing. I like how you told your story, short and precise. I do think there are a few things you could change on your post, "Women at home can earn an income too". here are my recommendations, brace yourself, it's long!!

---change the WA banner setting to not open in a new window. set link to none, so it's not clickable. You can do this by going into your wordpress admin, click on image, click on the pencil and make these changes.

----Bring up the training video link and place it right under "check out this video", or you can link the video to the "check out this video".

----Add more content to the article before offering the WA package. You want to establish a rapport with your readers first, engage them in a relevant conversation. Right now, it looks like all you want to do is have them sign up.

Getting started page...
----Check for errors, you've got help twice on your sign-off.

---- Also check your "Build a website page", couple of errors - easy was spelled east, check for repetitive language too.

Great work!! I believe you will do very well!!
Best wishes!!

O my you are wonderful!!! I just love everyone here! I am very grateful for your help and I will get to work on my site and fix things. This is so fun because of your help. I promise to keep learning :-)

Do pictures show up on my page or just links?

It depends on how you set it up. Links do show up and then open to the page. Sometimes you have pictures that you link to the page. It depends on the relevance to your article, but pictures tell the story before your visitor even clicks on it.
