Hey Susan, I hear ya. I've been there. It's not easy but I believe in what I am told constantly: Keep on going and all of a sudden it hits! Remember: Quitters don't win and winners don't quit! :-)

Hi Susan, try and take a bite sized task at a time if you are feeling a bit overwhelmed. As they say... don't look down! Or forward at the 'big picture'. Just keep going and reward yourself at each section of training as you finish it.

Even mastering some sections within each lesson can be a great achievement sometimes! That definitely deserves coffee and a cookie or whatever you prefer... posiitve conditioning is surely a requirement on certain occasions!

Hi, Susan. The beauty of WA is that you can do this according to your own schedule and lifestyle. I know sometimes it can get a little discouraging, but these are just challenges to be overcome. Sometimes they take a while The community can offer a lot of help if you are stuck on something. They have never failed to ride to my rescue when I needed them, which was (is) a LOT. Is there anything in particular you need help with? We're all here. Hang in there!
