Please help... how do I get a refund on my membership ... I did not want to auto renew!!!!!!!!!!

Subscriptions are auto renewed until you cancel.
Thank you for your response ... I had tried to remove my credit card info earlier with no luck ... auto renewal is my pet peeve in life!

I did cancel billing but it had already gone on my credit card so I don't want to be locked out of here until I get this resolved.
I tried the contact form and it won't go through.
Yesterday I sent an email to Kyle through support@wealthyaffiliates but I haven't heard anything back yet.

unable to get through on the third option due to:

Thank you very much ... I had to pick a theme to get myself in the back end then I was able to go to plug ins and choose element or and then choose Astra in the new themes! I'm in "Bidness!" lol

How far along with the training are you?
You need the zip files of the theme and plugin... OR... if you have FTP access, you can go to the site that has them and download the appropriate folders with them... then... using your FTP access to the site you want them on, upload them to their appropriate folders.
Have you checked the search textbox at the top of this page for training that may have already been shared on here?
