I am not sure if you got my last message, but can you find the backup content for my previous domains: traditionalmixedmartialarts.com, worldhealthsupplements.com, nootropicevo
Is this meant for site support? It has landed in the community.

Hey Roderick,
Wished I hadn't of been so late getting to your question.
However, I've provided instructions on how to reach out to SiteSupport in your first question that you posted, here: I had a couple of old domains? Do hope the instructions prove helpful to you.
still not to site support ....
best way i can think of getting through to them is to create a sirerubix and use that to open a ticket...
good luck Rod ....
Previous domain backups on new domains?

So, I had some domains traditionalmixedmartialarts.com, worldhealthsupplement.com, and nootropicevolution.com. If I create Siterubix domains of these, can you use the site back
Yup, it has landed in the community.
You want to choose Yes, not listed and other to get to support lol

Happy 4th!
i think the 'not listed ' option has been revoked...
at least it appears to have been in my list...
i suspect people have misused it in the past - so no longer available...
i know frustrating if you want to move a site here and don't have a site...
or as in this case...
not thought through before removing...
Hey Roderick,
I see that you meant to reach out to SiteSupport for this question, so hopefully the screen print steps below will help you ask SiteSupport.
Once you've clicked the Create New Ticket (shown in the 2nd screen print below) you simply fill in each section the best you know how in responding to each question.
Then you will be able to contact SiteSupport.
Hope you find this helpful.
i like the way you stop there Trish....
wa has now removed the option to select 'no website' or whatever it read...
you only get to select a website if you want to talk to support...
so you need to have even a siterubix site to select that to then get to ask a question...
i am sure the 'not listed' was abused therefore it was removed...
Ah... my bad, Phil. Was not aware of that.
Darn... so many changes happening too quickly to keep up.
Seems only days ago, I read a comment posted by Carson to select the 'no website' option, when he was responding to another member's question.
Thanks for the 'heads up'.
In Roderick's case, even if he only has a test site on the SiteRubix server... he could use it to create the ticket and then explain within the body of the message itself.
SiteSupport will understand.
no worries Trish - there are so many small changes not talked about in the friday beer night (maybe too many beers...)
i tried to find it a few weeks ago and found it missing...
really frustrating as not all requests are through a site, but as you say i recommend people creating a siterubix and use that as a route through to support...
They are gone if you left over 60 days ago and didn't back these up yourself. However you can check with site support
No you have to choose a domain to contact them if you haven't got one create a siterubix site

Hey, was having some technical trouble with my sites over the weekend, and I imagine that I still do in little ways. Now, the reason I'm telling you is that the Tech guy said w
They will move your site to the new servers. I did this a few months ago. It will be better. It may not look different but it will perform better. :) The only thing I really noticed is Google was confused for a week or two. There will be a redirect to the new servers but it won't affect your visitors being able to reach your site. If you need to see a site, click on my profile and go to my website on the right hand side. Hope this helps.
