If your Privacy and About Me have been published, hove you created a menu yet? Creating Custom Menus on Your Website They won't show with view of your website on the internet until they are indexed.

Some questions, I had
1) Have you published your privacy policy (page) and about me (post)?
If yes, can you see them in your wordpress back office?
Hover over "post" and "page"
Did you originally publish them for Site Content? If yes, did you get an email stating they were indexed?
Have you tried doing a navigation menu? Creating Custom Menus on Your Website

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache
If you edited a document in site content and published it, future edits has to be done in WordPress. Site content and WordPress work independently.
I'd place my images in a document in site content and publish it to my site. it will be added to my WordPress media library. Then delete the “temporary image” doc in site content so that it does not get indexed as well.
I am not sure what you mean by "paste" in my content?

Are you copying from another document where you created it?
Have you tried starting with Site Content first and then publishing it from there?

Im searching for reviews some i do copy and paste some article reviews from some article sources..yes im by site content already,
filling up my content.
So Site content tells you published successful, right?
And when you go to WP Backoffice your published post is not there, even with a browser refresh?
When copying and pasting reviews, they may have strange characters (unseen by us) in them and won't save.
When copying and using reviews are your referencing where you got them from date who?
Copied reviews end up being duplicate content unless you put quotes around them and all the proper reference. You could use their ideas and mention them as thoughts from and do a reword. Also you could do a screen print and create a jpeg file, load it into your WP backoffiice and add image to your Post from your WP backoffice.
