Hi Sunny - There are different ways of knowing when you have made money on your site. For instance, if you get a WA referral you will receive an email from WA advising you of the referral. You will only make commission if that referral upgrades to Premium.
If you have signed up with Affiliate programs, the best way to find out if someone has clicked on your link/s and made a purchase is to visit those programs to see if you have have made any commissions.
One program that I belong to advises me when I have made a commission, but the other programs I have joined don't tell me. I have to check it out for myself. Of course that doesn't include WA as mentioned above, WA will let you know.
The other thing is that when you sign up with Affiliate programs you will be required to enter your details to receive payment. In view of that, any commissions you make will eventually be paid into your Bank account, or by cheque, depending on the terms of the Affiliate program.
There is no definite number of visits to a website that gives an indication of when you will make money. However, once you are getting approximately 100 visitors per day then you are more likely to start making money.
My advice is to continue to write quality content and post as often as you can. Daily would be very helpful for your site, but if you can't manage daily posts then try to post at least twice per week.
Make sure you have plenty of internal links, and also link out to authority sites when possible.
I hope is helpful.
All the best.
Valerie

How does Google recognize traffic?? By using people's keywords on their search? Should I use social media icons and Word of mouth to my friends and families? That will be no di
There is not just one right way. In fact there are countless ways. Just be creative and open minded.
Although you have to keep in mind that you need to make money constantly and not just once and that's where technology makes itself useful.
