API Key Error
First, you may be asking, "What is an API Key?"
An API key is a code or token used to authenticate your application such as a purchased plugin.
In this example, the developer has provided the API key for a purchased plugin.
The API Key was entered and the following two errors occurred:
#1) "The API Key could not be deactivated. Use the API Key Deactivation tab to manually deactivate the API Key before activating a new API Key.
#2) "Connection failed to the License Key API server. Try again later."
If you have entered your API Key and are receiving the errors in the screen shot below, contact Site Support to request "Outbound Connection."
They will remove the connection hold and you'll be on your way to using your new plugin.
Hope this helps. Take Care & Cheers!

Thank you for the info! It was useful to me, just sent the support ticket to get the outbound connect enabled by WA support (need it to connect with the autoresponder).
Thanks!
