100 Posts in WA!
No confetti, no trumpets, no fireworks. In fact, I didn’t even realise that I had already published 100 WA blog posts. I was about to write a post today when I saw ‘100’ written for Posts in my WA dashboard area. So, that's it. I have hit a century and still not out! This will be my 101th post and with this, I would like to believe that I’m about to begin my second innings in WA.
There’s nothing to celebrate about when someone publishes 100 posts. Many people do that here, and this has no bearing on my business. True. But for someone who arrived here as a complete newbie a year back, it is one milestone I cannot ignore. I usually refrain from posting self-congratulatory posts because I feel there’s so much work to be done. I will definitely make an announcement when I feel my achievement deserves to be put up high on the hoarding for everybody to see.
My WA posts are never long and I think on an average the word count on all my posts would be in the range of 400 words. Meaning, I have already written around 40,000 words in total here. Nothing monumental about it but considering that there have been times when I was missing-in-action here, the 40,000 words in 12 months is not bad at all, is it? And moreover, I had been dedicating more of my energy on my business site which is, I would like to believe, shaping up nicely.
WA blog is more of a stress-buster for me. I’m more free when I write here. It provides the necessary warm-up for my longer marathon on my actual business site. I have been averaging only 7-8 posts per month on my business site, which is far too less compared to what the successful people are doing here. It’s not easy when I have to juggle my time between my work on my site and my 9-5 office job. But I’m not worried because everytime I write, I try to pack a punch. Some fell flat but there are some that I thought found their mark.
Thank you friends for putting up with me. Cheers!

I have been with WA for only three days, and most certainly have not earned the degree in WA to openly express my feelings, but but reading you Sukumarth makes me feel uncomfortable and motivates me to write here.
100 WA blog posts is a beautiful achievement Sukhumarth and you must be proud of it.
Back on "prolific". What is wrong with "prolific"
prolific = abundant, fertile, teeming, fruitful, fecund, productive,
Have you been presented with an alternative?
If not, ignore the comment, it does not worth your ink nor time.
You are already a GEM in this community, keep writing for those who love reading you.
Cheer up, you have reached 100 we all look upward to you.
With my friendship,
Bernard
Thank you for the kind words, Bernard. Haha...you seemed to have read an old post of mine on me being a non-native writer. And no, I have not been able to find a better alternative to "prolific" and from the context of what I wrote, the word is perfectly okay for me :) I have followed you. Welcome to the big WA family! We'll have more things to talk later in the journey. Best wishes!
Thank you, Roopesh! This was more of an update on my milestone. Nothing beyond that. It's good to pause and reflect on your journey when you reach these milestones, isn't it? First website, first post, first page getting indexed, 6 months in WA, first sale, first $ earned, first 50 posts, first 100 posts, first year in WA, first 100 sales...these are the real milestones, right? So 100 posts on WA - well, I can afford to have a brief pit-stop here today. Cheers!
⭐️ Congratulations, Sukumarth! ...
... that's a lot of posts + words = output! ... remember it's a long-distance journey versus a blippy sprint ...
... enjoy a wonderful celebration and yes, every success or milestone is worth celebrating! ... no matter whether big or small!
all the best, cheerio... 😊
p.s. baked a special cake >> 🍰 ... enjoy!
Thank you, Keisha! WA Blog is fun. I believe for many, it's a place to hone one's writing skills and engagements. Rants, musings, or just an update on my progress, I have done them all here in my WA blogs. As I said, it never fails to give me the necessary warm-up for the longer posts on my business site. There have been times I have written a more elaborate and longer version of my WA blog post on my actual site. The WA blog is integral to my whole journey. Cheers!
