How can I track the e-mails that I send via WA? I need to know which e-mails have been opened/read? Support couldn't help me with this issue and referred me to the community.

Direct the emails from your WA site to your normal email server and then set up the tracking through that server whether it is google or yahoo. You should be able to do this in settings.

I don't think there's a way to track emails opening rate with regular email boxes, especially if SiteSupport confirmed this. You can use "read receipt" in most email service providers but the user can choose if they send it to you. I think email autoresponders like Aweber use some technology to see what percentage of emails get opened but I don't know how this works.
