Goals Are Power!
The power of goals means success in every way possible. When most of us set goals we don’t set realistic ones and thats the reason why we give up. We get frusterated very quickly and lose focus and we quit. It’s easy to get frusterated if you’re not confident and passionate about what you are doing. When setting goals you need to take small steps and then work your way to the top. When you start setting goals for yourself you want to start with something simple, but not too easy.
A simple goal to start with for example is eating four different vegetables a day. Four vegetables is simple, but it can be a challenge because some people are not use to eating healthy or they just don’t like vegetables. At the same time though this is going to give you a new goal to accomplish and it will build confidence within yourself because it’s something you’ve never done before. Starting with something you’ve never done before will help you get the certainty and confidence to accomplish the BIG goals that you want to succeed in.
Another reason why most of us fail to accomplish the goals we’ve always wanted is because of Fear. Fear is main reason most fail or quit. When we have a fear of doing something we don’t even try it. Not trying is failing and that’s not what we want. Think about if you at least tryed. Trying is making progress, you stepped out of your comfort zone and attempted to conquore your worst fear. Even if you didn’t accomplish your fear or didn’t perform that well, you still took a leap of faith toward success because it grew the confidence within yourself that you can do anything.
Setting and accomplishing goals is done by the power of the Mind. Your Mind is your most valuable tool by far, use it! Having the phychological abilitly to set goals and harness those goals is what it’s about. When it comes to accomplishing both your health and fitness goals and your regular everyday life style goals, your mind will create that success. Your mind is constantly working twenty-four seven. There are several ways to harness the power of the mind. One way to set yourself up with success is Visualization. Visualization in my opinion is the best way to harness the power of the mind. Close your eyes, create an image of something you want to achieve, see yourself performing your goal, visualize that you’re the only one in the room and nothing can distract you and your focus and concentration cannot be broken. You see what happen? You shut out everything and everyone, you are in your own world, and the only thing that stands in the way of your success is YOU! In the end the outcome is up to you.

Hey Brad. I wouldn't recommend publishing identical content in different places. You've already published the above on your own blog, so when this gets indexed (as everything on WAU does) it will be viewed as duplicate content. Rich.
Ok thanks bud I'll remember that. I have a question. If i write an article and put it in any of the article directories, can i put it on my website too? Or would that be bad?
Unfortunately, nope, that's duplicate content. :( If you'd published the above on say Street Articles, you might link the words .... harness the *power of your mind* and *link* to a post on your site which is a review of a book you recommend on visualisation and which you affiliate via Amazon. Hey Strongman I'm Chris, I also have a weight loss and fitness site. I would appreciate the feedback if you had a look http://eatweighless.com/ Do you have a site url so I could have a look at yours? Keep in contact if you can. I like your awesome posts, keep up the good work.
Hey Chris, it's great to see that someone else is in the same niche. I looked at your website and it looks good bud! Keep creating content as we all know that is key. I had a health and fitness website 2 years ago but got rid of it not to long ago because I created a new website and created a lot more videos. I am posting what I had before onto my new site and all the new videos I have now will be posted.
So, right now there not much on but there will be a lot on in the next week.
