How do i read the comments I get from my social media post?
It depends on which platform you are on. On Facebook, tap on where it says comments, and on Instagram I believe it is the same, or you tap on a comment? On YouTube, I am not sure.
Thanks, I just figured out that all the comments are in our website back office listed under comments

a page shows up that says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." I am also a premimum member and was able to access the page twice before.

You could use plugins like Sassy Social, Grow Social, or Social Rocket.
Plugins and add new, input keywords, install, and activate.
