The value of short posts!
Creating content can sometimes be a little difficult. A lot of work goes into it. You do research, you type the post, add links and images and then hope that your content will rank in google.
Keeping your website up to date is important. It will keep your visitors coming back for more and a site that publishes new content regularly will recieve better rankings in the search engines.
But you know what? Not all your posts need to be soo long and well written. Sometimes you can write a post of a few hundred words that will still add value to your site and your visitors. It could be for example that you find an interesting article/post on the web that you think your readers will interested in. For example, I found a list yesterday of some of the kindest and cuddliest dog breeds. So I just wrote a short post telling my readers about it and then added a link and photo to it.
I did not use any particular keyword for this post because it did not fit in and I don't think this post will rank soo well anyway, but in this case that is not important, the important thing was to provide my readers with some interesting information.
Soo if you find something interesting on the web or get a good idea about something, write a short post and publish it on your site. It keeps your site updated and your readers interested and without costing you too much work or effort.
Cheers everyone,
Jojo

I have also done this when I'm strapped for time but know I need to post something. It's hard to come up with lengthily brilliantly written articles all the time!

This is a really good idea Joakim. While working on your lengthy posts (which takes time) you can post something small in between.
