Hi there, I have a domain that I own on godaddy and would like to transfer it to WA and when I try to transfer it tells me that .com.au sites are not supported.
Is this
is the extension . com . au or just . au
as the two extensions maybe the problem
have fun
phil
have you talked to sitesupport yet
its . com .au
I thought this question would go to support. I think Jaz has answered the question below, which I am trying right now. Still having a couple of issues because I think GoDaddy may of changed some things.
I'll keep tryin a couple more things before I contact support.
Cheers Phil
You cannot transfer the registrar but you can change the nameservers to host the site with WA. You can find instructions for this here: NEW Go Daddy DNS details to make it work: Good luck, Shannon

Cannot transfer a . com .au site to wealthy affiliate?

Hi, no you can only transfer a dot com, dot net and a dot org. Instead you can point your domain to WA servers, however kept and maintained at GoDaddy.
To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.
ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com
These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain). NEW Go Daddy DNS details to make it work: How To Point Your Domain Name To WA
Cheers mate, going by the instructions it says to add the nameserver address AND IP address but there is no extra box for IP address so do you know if I put the IP address next to the nameserver address in the same box?
If you have not figured this out already, only the nameservers should go into that box. If it then prompts you for an IP address later on, add it at that time.
Also be sure to come back to Site Domains and add your domain into the 'Other Domains' field to complete the process.
Best, Shannon

I have been trying to add links to my website in social media, but when I do, the image is just a grey user silhouette. (pictured below)
This is a link to one of my posts.
https://thelivinghealthyblog.com/what-is-a-ketogenic-diet-good-for-a-rundown-of-the-keto-diet-craze/
Facebook is picking up the image from here:
http://thelivinghealthyblog.com -> wp-content -> plugins -> all-in-one-seo-pack -> images -> default-user-image.png -> fallback=news_d_placeholder_publisher
This could be the route to your Banner Image across the top of your Blog, it's definitely not the Post image.
Can you put an image in the TOP SECTION OF YOUR THEME?
I'm not sure. I just tried putting a header image, but it placed it above the top bar.
I might check the seo plugin to see if I can find the image there
Ok, I haven't used the Freesia Themes before, If you don't have success, I can load the your Theme in a test site and have a look.
I have to leave my office now ~ I'm in the UK, it's 2 p.m. here ~ I'll be back in around 4 hours and will check in with you.
I have located it in the "social meta" area in All In One SEO.
I have changed the default image to "featured Image" and it is working now with the featured image when I post.
Thanks so much for your help, Sean.
Really appreciate it.
Hi Stevie,
That's great, I'm pleased to have been of assistance, it's what this Community is all about!
I've put your Link into Facebook and it looks really eyecatching.
Without trying to teach grandmother...., when posting your Link in FB, let it "fetch" the preview, then delete the long Link and add your Text. It looks much better and the image is clickable to your Blog!
All the best,
Sean.
Awesome, I will try this.
This issue has been bugging me for weeks and I have been trying to promote more on social media lately.
This will help the posts look more eyecatching like you said.
Thanks again for your help.
Stevie
