Another Way To Look At Procrastination
There is more than one way to look at procrastination or resistance.
Procrastination or threshold or resistance is about what stops us from doing what we must or want. It is an inner process that comes instinctual, especially when the stakes get too high.
Solution 1 - Just Doing It Anyway
The first solution is to do something anyway, even though it is hard or difficult to complete. This is sort of what my course on anxiety is about. You can choose to hide away. Run far away from the possible danger, even if it was just a mouse (compared to the elephant).
The other option you got is to actually do the task at hand anyway, even though it is scary and difficult. When you have stood in the danger, you will learn it wasn't all that dangerous in the first place. You will also learn that you can achieve something, master something new and put a "YES!! I Did It!" feeling to it.
Solution 2 - Find Out What Motivates You / Demotivates You
I find that I procrastinate most on things of which I have no clear goal in mind. If you do not have a real goal behind doing those fitness practices, then it is hard to actually motivate yourself to do them every day.
If you no longer feel the need to do something, you will not do the task. Put it very simple: I do not feel like practicing this or that, but I have lots and lots of motivation to work on my business.
I also have plenty of motivation to watch funny video's on YouTube. Figure out a way to motivate yourself for the tasks you want to complete, so that you can do them. If you cannot find that, you might be doing the wrong thing anyway.
That are just some things to think about.

Nicely said. WIthout a goal, there is no motivation to do it. Then you look for things to avoid to do it.
