When a comment is rejected there is usually a reason as to why that is the case so what did they say?
So, they said their dissatisfaction with my comments. Ok, I got it, but what I need to do now? That`s the main question which I have now.

I believe you have to maintain a certain level of quality comments, if you drop below that level, thus the message you included in your question.

70 percent of approving, is it too low? And how I can request comments to my site in this case ?
Believe must not be lower than 80%

Hi - when your approval score drops below 80%, then, unfortunately, you are permanently banned from leaving comments.
