By the way, you have a duplicate in your navigation menu, two homepage links. Do you know how to fix it? If not let me know.

yeah that's fine, but you've got "home" and "What is healing energy" both in your main menu, even though they link to the same place. I'm assuming this is because you've not set up your menu correctly. Go to "appearance" -> "menu" and create a new menu, then add the relevant pages to it. You can call "what is healing energy" home if you want (it lets you choose the label).
Ok, will look into it. I did noticed it yes. Will quickly look at it now.
Ok I removed the home button. Looks better now :-) I have 2 more I would like to add, so there is space for that now. Thanks!
