New Year Resolution

So fast 2016 will be around the corner. Every year I set a new year resolution with a list of goals I want to achieve. Though I managed to achieve a handful of them, but there are other items which I did not achieve as well. Why is it so?

As I looked back, I realised those items that I set out but did not achieve were mainly those items I did not put in effort on daily/weekly/monthly basis to monitor those goals. I just assumed it would come naturally or basically I didn't bother to look at them. My own fault.

Next, I also noticed some of the goals that I didn't achieve may not be within my control but at least, I closed the gap so pat yourself on the back if you didn't meet those goals.

Moving forward, I will set more realistic goals with detailed daily, weekly and monthly activities in order to achieve them.

In conclusion, don't wait till 31st Dec (Do It NOW!) to set your new year resolution. Plan way in advance and strategize what should you focus for the following year. As for me, online business will definitely be one of my goal in 2016. How about you?

Good luck,

Stanley Tee

All the best for 2016 :)

Jude,
Yup. same to you and those who are reading this posts as well.
We need to press on and persist in what we set out to do.
Cheers,

My goal will be getting back to the basics with WA training. Happy New Year!

Bishop

Bishop,
Yes, amen to that. Getting back to basics is vital as I learnt from Kyle in course 5 lesson 1 where often times, we got distracted in social media or we paid money in PPC or adwords hoping to get higher ranking and traffic. However, it is not sustainable if our content is not interesting or attractive then no matter how much money u spend, it will be difficult. On the other hand, spending too much time in social media will miss the point in giving values to our readers.
Yes, I am in total agreement with you on that bro.

Setting out the steps I need to achieve success in online business is my main priority for the new year. I agree that planning well in advance is the way to go.

Erica,
Yup, amen to that. Paste the daily/weekly activities in places where your eyes will always take notice of them. It will always be a reminder to you. Hope that helps,
Stanley

Thank-you for the reminder Stanley, very good advice.

Alex,
You are welcome. Let's press towards achieving our goals.

You are exactly right !
My goal for the month of January is to post good contents on both sites twice a week.
Start using video and YouTube for traffic and conversions!
Planning to have 4 new invites accepted and start building their sites
Helping my new accepted invites where they need assistance!
Thanks
Sheila

Sheila,
Aggressive goals but should be attainable for you. Kindly watch your daily timeslot and give some leeway just in case if it slips.
I thought giving others advice in terms of how to build their websites should be appropriate in WA.
Way to go Sheila,

Stanley

Sheila,
Now, I finally realise why some people join WA so that they can learn the skills of developing a web site and sell it to their clients. I am sorry previously for my comments where I thought WA is meant to help us build traffic alone. Now, I know and I learn that WA is also a platform for members to build and sell website to clients. Thank you for the info and all the best to 2016. Cheers,

Yes, Geoff.
Don't lose your vision which you set out for and continue to work on them even though at times, it may be boring or may not show immediate results. Day by day, you will see yourself getting closer to the goal.

Spot on Stanley. Goals must be broken down into the smaller actions it takes to achieve them. I'm hoping for the same success you are in 2016. Best of wishes. Geoff.

I'm planing on making my 2016 goals the best I have ever done.

Elvin,
Yup, way to go. Remember, make your goals attainable, realistic and keep it simple.
All the best,

Stanley
