Before The Coffee Gets Cold
Before The Coffee Gets Cold is a beautiful, moving story by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. It explores the question we all have at the back of our mind...
This question is, what would you change if you could travel back in time?
Who would you want to meet, maybe for one last time?
What would you change if you could go back in time?
This story takes place in a small back alley in Tokyo, there is a café which has been serving carefully brewed coffee for more than one hundred years. But this coffee shop offers its customers an unusual experience, the opportunity to travel back in time.
We get to meet four cafe customers, each hoping to take advantage of the opportunity to travel back in time...
- one to confront the man who left them
- another received a letter from a husband taken by early Alzheimer
- the thrid to see a sister for the last time
- and the fourth to meet the daughter they never got to know
This journey back in time has risks, the customers are required to sit in a designated seat, they cannot leave the café, and they must return to the present before the coffee gets cold...
Let's just reflect for a moment...
Look into the future one-year ahead. Imagine yourself in your favorite cafe.
You look into your watch...
It is 9.30 AM February 1st, 2021.
Yes, you are in the future exactly one-year from today.
Think about your business at WA.
How is your business doing?
- How much money are you making?
- What is the traffic on your website?
- How many articles and blogs have you written?
- What would be your page ranking on Google?
- What would your rank be at WA?
What would you change in your business?
If you are reflecting in the future, what would you change in your business if you could go back one-year.
Write that down... before the coffee gets cold...
Now go do it.
You are here today one-year before that future. You have the power to make that future happen today!

The nice thing about knowing your future is you can always change your outcome. Or can you really change your destiny? I loved the story. Do you know if it has been translated into English or French or is it only available in Japanese?. I want to follow the journey of the coffee drinkers.
Always,
Ian

It's always a pleasure reading your posts Stanley, this is a great story.
I'm of the idea we are what we think, so I don't want to felt the need to go back from the future to change something.
When you stay focused and do what you feel right, in balance with the Universe, I believe you are on the right path to achieve your goals and be successful.
When you do whatever it takes, you can't have regrets and if successful it doesn't arrive yet, you can be sure is it coming, it will manifest at the right time.
Good feelings and positive thoughts are the tools to design a great future.
Thank you for your posts
all the best
