Facebook Page or Facebook Group?
I decided to create a facebook page to coincide with my website. I have a few other pages and admin many groups so I'm familiar with creating/managing them. However, after creating it, I am wondering if maybe a group would serve a better purpose for my particular niche? It's called Someday Self-Reliant. It's about becoming self-reliant, gardening, raising chickens, herbalism, off-grid living, etc. I like the idea of a page because I can share lots of things and it's just more "my own" space. But, at the same time, I am thinking I might like the idea of a group so that there can be a lot of interaction with visitors and maybe that would help get more traffic to both the group and my website. Any thoughts on this anyone? I'm struggling over here lol.

It is possible to have the best of both worlds. The both cost you nothing but time to set up.
As bitlyghawall said, the page is more public and with it you will be able to attract people interested in your niche.
At the same time you can use the group page for more committed members,
You can make it a closed group to make it more special, set a criteria for admittance.
The content in the group could be used as post on the page and vice versa.
