From Couch to Office Station

Good morning/afternoon beautiful people,

Since my last blog I'm feeling so much better. My husband noticed how much time I was sitting on my laptop on the couch and the position I was in. He suggested moving to our desk but the stools we had were very bad. Old, worn and uncomfortable. So what did he do? He went out to IKEA and bought new ones. And since they have been there I have hardly been off them.

Things are looking up kids!!
I have created a new keyword rich post on my website and I am itching to put some links on. Everyone tells me not to skip ahead in training but oh I can see it and I just want it!!!!



Patience, I know! I can already anticipate you all saying it and I really appreciate all the advice. Without my new WA family I probably would not still be here. Sometimes, though I just get eager to jump a little bit further. There is soooo much training to get through!!!!

Thankfully I possess a thing called willpower. And boy it's a strong one. I'm sure you all know of this gem in our common list of character traits.

So collectively lets raise a glass to WILLPOWER!

Great tools. Just make sure you add a phone book below the monitor. Monitor should be eye level or you will get neck problems... most common problem is we are looking down.

Thanks for the tip Stanley. Not using the monitor but will do that for my laptop :)
