Before I found WA, I had another website that I did not even know how to get into it to write content. They had signed me for Amazon Affiliate, but I never had any sales because I didn't get any traffic from a poorly constructed site with terrible posts (not mine) that they put on it. I recently received a notice from Amazon Affiliates that I had to have a sale right away, or they would cancel my membership.

Then, last week, I got an email from them turning down my application due to lack of sales. I had not reapplied yet because I was not ready at that time.

Now I have content on my website describing various brands of ballroom dance shoes and need to put a link where they can be purchased, but Amazon won't accept me as an affiliate until I have some sales. Guess I'll have to find other affiliates in my niche to link instead.
