Struggling a little

I thought I'd record where I am to date, to remind myself of how far I've come. Because at the moment I feel like I'm drifting and I'm not too sure what to do about it.

I'm working my way through both the bootcamp and certification courses (I find it just works for me doing both at one). I'm adding content (blogs and reviews) to my site regularly. I have a list of topics I still want to write about. I've gotten lots of nice comments from visitors via the Site Comments features. I have my affiliate links set up.

And yet...I feel like I'm stuck. People have commented positively on my product reviews but no sales through my affiliate links yet. No WA referrals yet. Google analytics is starting to show some more activity but it just feels like I'm in a holding pattern. What if in 6 months time, nothing has changed? My learning has gone through the roof, but I guess I'm just down on myself because I have no tangible results to show from it.

Any suggestions to help me pick myself up off the floor, would be much appreciated. Many thanks, everyone.

just remember everyone is different and we progress in different times and different ways just keep moving and sooner or later you will see positive results all the best

Approximately 861,379,000 registered host names or web sites out there. It may take a while to break through. Amway used to work it in thirds. You invite 100, 33 show up, 11 sign up and 3 or 4 buy. Now a days the competition is so vast, it may be smarter to figure it in tenths. Invite 100, 10 show up, and one buys or signs up for your newsletter or mail list. You just have to work on the amount of people you invite. Eventually the numbers will fall in your favor. Ian Prybl got me into WA and he says 6 months to a year to build a successful business. If you want it faster you have to work harder. Don't be discouraged, just invite more people.

Hello SC,
I have been where you are and it took me a while to get over it. I even quit once, but I came back a few months later because I learned what a stupid thing I had done.
I renew myself with breaks, go do the things you enjoy for a couple of days, be with your little girl and have some fun. Refresh your memory about what it is you are working for.
Then come back, add some more content. Keep hitting the social media (I mean hit it hard) because that will bring more traffic than Google in the beginning.
Six months from now there will be so many more changes and you will look back at this blog knowing you did the right thing sticking with it and being patient. It takes a little time to make some sales.
Leave me your URL and I will give your site a going over and see if there is anything I can think of that will help.
Others will read this and do the same.

Thank you so much San for your words. I'm glad to hear you felt the same way once, and decided sticking it out was the right thing to do.

My url is www.banishthatdebt.com and if you'd have a look and tell me what you think I can improve, it would be amazing.

In terms of social media, I'm adding all blogs to Google + and also uploading them to Pinterest (and building my networks in both those media types). I think I'll skip Facebook and Twitter for now - I can't think I'd be very good at managing 4 social platforms.

I just feel ...blah. Maybe I do need to take a little break for a few days.

Yeah when I get to that point that is what I need to do, just step away and not think about it, when you come back you will have a fresh point of view
