About SpecsShorts
Joined October 2013
Live in NE Indiana, me and my 2 dogs...one of which I 'inherited' from my ex-stepdaughter when her family moved. Have been in this Marketing industry since July 2012. Have learned many skills and I enjoy passing those skills along if I can. My interests in marketing are in camping supplies, Crisis/Doomsday Survival and writing (mostly short stories). I own and operate Specs International Marketing through which I run all my affiliate marketing and personal training. I am also gathering tools and info for an Online Marketing Review site, which was my initial intent with Specs. Look on the 'About Me' part of my google blogspot for specsmoneymethod.

I got side-tracked in the beginning on trying to generate traffic and wasted many months in the process. Back on track now and getting back to my original intentions. However, the time now gone has given me several skills and info for my review site! Always good. Lastly, have been hitting SEO and KW Research study pretty hard lately...last few months, trying to get my share of that page one traffic and attain my very common goal of kissing the ick job good-bye and marketing full-time.

Thanks for letting my bend your ear, George - Specs. Enjoy!
SpecsShorts's Goals 3
Money Goals
My financial goals -

As I visualize my goals, I see them in two groups or levels. Kinda like short term and long term but I like to think of them as Better and Best. or as what I want for me and what I want for others; what I would need to fund that. Like a beach home for my ex-wife. She loves the water and planting roses with a feeling they will always be there....and I owe her...not for her sake, but for mine.

So, first - My goals for me.

1) I doubt this is news to anyone but I've GOT to get out of working for someone else. Other than the fact that my job sucks and is way out of my previous career field, just the idea of me busting butt for pittance and that I'm supposed to be grateful for that, keeps grinding and grinding and grinding my brain.
Then there is the dictatorship mindset of any job...bell rings, time for lunch and don't dare clock out one minute early or late, and, 'you messed up so wear this red shirt to show everyone else you 'need to be retrained'', and, 'drop what you are doing and I need you to do this' [those days that there was satisfaction in being 'needed' at work ended a long time ago].

OK, enough ranting. To walk away from work with status quo I need $750 gross per week (33% deductions = about $500 take-home). That's what...$3k/4 wk mth? Although
there will be bennies for working from home such as rarely driving [gas savings..$30/wk to more like $30/mth], etc, there is another side to that coin like
Medical/Dental. So, for kicks and giggles let's round that $3k/mth to $5k 'cause I want it to be a comfortable transition and no worries about having to return

2) Ecstatic would begin around $50k/mth and growing, preferably residual income. I think that is about when it would really sink in and have that "Holy S..." moment.

3) How much time am I willing to put in? Can't do much more than I am now. If I'm not at work, I'm here. My mind is set that when I am free, things like cleaning house, mowing lawn, personal and maintenance items like that are diversions and breaks from what I do here [probably why my lawn is waist high and the house is a mess!].

Money I would be happy earning

Thanks Labman - Here's an unrelated question...I've kinda inherited an old ('bout 10yrs) Boxer. I think he's suffering from arthritis or something. It's cold here now and he's having a real hard time getting around...he kinds just rolls off the couch (I keep him inside unless it's nice outside). Do you have any ideas on what I can give him? Aspirin is his food?....something like that? Thanks

Often some sort of Co-sequin will help, Shark Cartilage also is good for arthritic dogs. Of course, if he is overweight this will contribute.

You can give dogs a single child strength buffered aspirin every 6 hours.

Thanks for the advice, Labman. He's not overweight at all. I know that is a good thing. Not sure how old he is...coming up to about 10 in our years would be my guess. I will be shopping for these this w/e. Thanks again. Sorry it took so long to get back atcha. George

Thanks, Carson. I have questions about something I'm trying to do but they don't relate to WA in anyway. I'll look around here as there may already be something here. Have ? about selling a PLR via PP and how to set up returning folks to download page after paying.

Thanks again, Carson. The more I delve into WA, the more I like it, and you two are most of that. You sincerity bleeds all over this site! Great! I know of another place that charges thousands for this stuff. But I couldn't afford their training..only the blog platform so I dumped them after 11 mths...so I guess I "Wussied Out" if you catch my drift. Smart move for me.
Jeez - blah, blah, blah George...can you tell I have a writer's heart?

Well, my desires in the training here is to fill in some holes I've got. Been bouncing a lot the last year with marketing and all it entails...learned alot and developed some skills and have made MANY good friends/contacts. But I know I've got some gaps to fill too.

Thanks again. I'm done bugging you for now but no doubt you'll hear from me again.
Great Job here Guys! Great Job. Looking forward to affiliate position.

Thanks, Kyle. What are you doing up so late? It's 9:30! Shouldn't you be in bed?
Hi, I was referred to WA by Rob Parnell. I have been marketing for just over a year now and have picked up much info and skills but no Moola! Bummer. Have been in other training sites such as this (like Empower Network? dropped it!...got tired of their 'Wussian and 'If you love your family..." attitude) and other places with several tools, etc. ..but not at this price. Also, I have a lot of faith in Rob's opinion, have been promoting his writing course for some time. My problem is, surprise, surprise, traffic. Anyway, I am going to take this from the ground up and I think that'll fill in some holes in my knowledge. Recently, have been concentrating on SEO work. Can't get the Premium yet. I'll miss the discount deadline by a couple days but that's ok for me...Looking like you have a better product and less cost than most others I've seen.
Thanks for you work and concern. Get used to my avatar, you may be seeing it alot.
Thanks again...now go to bed!
