An Alternative To Aweber

Hi, it's not often I post; it's been a while since I last did.
However, be careful using list wire it's free for a reason.
1: You are auto subscribed to the owners' personal list, on average you will get 5 a week all promotions.
2: If you try to un-subscribe from that list, it cancels your list wire account.
3: The tracking uses iframes there are a lot of top rated affiliate networks that do not allow this.
There are a few more why you should not use this product to build your list, but it's been a while since I used this product. I looked it over as a free alternative for people to use as a freebi but the con's far-out way the free to use benefits.
It's up to you but I sure would not recommend anyone use this to build a list.
There is a cheaper alternative to Aweber... https://www.madmimi.com/ it's free to start, and you can add stuff you need as you go,

And a lot more stuff free and paid to add as you grow stuff.

What is Mad Mimi?
Mad Mimi is the easiest way to create, send, share and track email newsletters online. Mad Mimi is for people who want email marketing to be simple. Every day, over 40 million emails are sent, shared and tracked using our delightful and powerful service.
Steve,
Free is never really free and what you pointed out Steve is absolutely true. I heard the same about listwire and other free methods.
Heard today that madmimi doesn't allow IM or MLM emails anymore. Something to consider when signing up. Still a good platform for promoting your online content and selling physical items via an e-commerce platform.
Yup, sadly MadMimi has followed Mailchimp https://madmimi.com/legal/terms so there's really only AWeber left. There are plenty of other services but they're the same price or even more expensive. ListWire, etc. add their own highly inappropriate content to your newsletters and they spam your lists with their own stuff. Avoid! Rich.
Hi SpaceCardet12,
ListWire looks a real money saver.... Would have loved to subscribe to it too if i had known about it before I got onto Aweber.:(
Thanks for sharing.:)

Just an additional caveat from a review: "When someone subscribes they are not immediately taken to your thankyou page, but Listwires, where they have promotional lists and ads on display."
