Back to the drawing board
I discovered a problem with the website that I've been passionate about. After owning it for 6 or 7 years, going through ups and downs and after going through this training, I discovered that it was not the best niche to really get into in the first place - Not really any affiliate programs to justify the work. I'll keep blogging on it, but not go crazy. So, I've had to go back to square one, and start looking for niches again.
After finding my WA promotion website name and buying that (onlinecashninja) Which I'm pretty happy with, I discovered two good niches. I used Amazon and Jaaxy to find a niche with good products. Jaaxy found so many great keywords it was crazy! There were green lights everywhere with high search volume, holy crap!
The other I swerved into because of my sense of humor and owning a wiener dog. Remember the old "Pimp my ride" show on Discovery? I came up with, you guessed it - pimp my wiener, a dog product website for dachsunds! I immediately went to namecheap and bought pimpmywiener.com and found a lot of cool affiliate products to promote to wiener dog owners.
It's never good realizing something that you've put a lot of time and energy into isn't going to work. In fact, it's a little depressing. But after going back to the drawing board and utilizing the training here, I was able to walk away with two good niches (3 counting WA) that I can start working on right away. Great way to end the day!

LOL love the site name! I'm thinking that when I'm ready to start my next site I need to get you to help me come up with a catchy name.
I like the pimp my wiener - It will attract traffic as the name sells itself based on the humor. This is definitely a niche worth the time and effort as you have the niche (Wiener Dogs) and there loads of doggy products out their that you can incorporate into your site - the one product I had in mind for dogs although I never ran with was this one - https://www.thundershirt.com/Wholesale/default.aspx not sure if they do an affiliate program but they did before.

Best wishes on your success. I actually am in the same situation. Niche no good as far as monetary. Your energy is great. Need some of that!!!
