Amazon asks its affiliate members to display a statement that we are its affiliate members etc. somewhere in our website, so how should we display that and where ?

I have joined a facebook group recently and I can see most of my audience there, but some groups don't allow to share your blog post link. So, am I allowed to send private mess
As long as you personally know that person otherwise they may treat it as spam - Make sure you communicate very clearly to the person you want to send it to so they accept you are sending it as people hate having links dropped on them especially if you don't know them

There is Amazon's OneLink now where you can sign up for the different countries now offering Amazon. Using the OneLink, (once you have set it up, of course) will make it so that if someone from the United States visits your website and clicks on your Amazon link, they will get sent to the dot com version of Amazon and you will get credit for the sale.

I would suggest you make use of the site-feedback for that for a simple reason you can get more feedback instead of mine alone.

I think something was not right with the theme (the banner seems the culprit but try check further). Change the theme temporarily and see if the content displayed correctly.
You can also try these troubleshoots:
1) Save your permalink one more time.
2) Set your reading.
3) Clear your cache
