I dont know about you, but when I first started my website I found the ideas were almost endless, and then as the website grew and I posted tons of content, I started to find it challenging to come up with new and fresh ideas that’s I was excited to write about, and ones I thought my visitors would enjoy..

Today while out doing some errands I found a new way of sourcing out ideas...

Road side advertisements.... they are literally everywhere. Some are great and others are horrible. But seriously, whike I was out and about today I came up with at least 5 new post ideas for my website, just by paying a bit more attention to the things around me...

Who would have thought....

I find relevant magazines to be a source of post ideas that never lets me down.

Oh I like that! My local chapters store has a massive magazine section. That’s a great idea... I will try that for sure... thanks for sharing

Great ideas... Thank everyone for sharing

You can put an updated spin on just topics in Wikipedia and never run out of ideas

Oooooo I like that one! Thanks for sharing

Tried and true

Oh yes, definitely! That's a great idea! I try to get ideas from everyone, everything, and everywhere that I can. Since I read a lot of different stuff online, I stumble across articles and such that I know relate to material on my sites, so I save them in Evernote under a special folder for ideas. When I can't think of anything, there's a ton of stuff in there that I probably couldn't use at the time I found it, but knew I would want to delve into someday. Sometimes they're articles, ads, pics, or even a meme on Facebook that brings a certain idea or concept to mind. Roadside ads are awesome!

I have an ongoing list in my phone too... it’s in my back pocket for those days where I have a little writers block.
