My First Blog
It's almost 3am and I just poured myself a cup of coffee to keep myself awake while working on my first website and writing my first blog.
Have I lost my mind?
Actually, I'm having fun. I'm a total newbie. This blogging thing is foreign to me and until recently, my computer skills were limited to reading the news and browsing on Facebook. Now im building my own website! There's just something about it. I mean, with billions of people on earth, how many people do you know have actually built their own website? I wish i started much sooner.
Is it easy? I can honestly say that it's not. I had to do a lot of soul searching in coming up with a niche. Researching my niche was a lot more work than I anticipated. I like being able to customize something. I find myself constantly trying to customize the widgets, the headers, footers, theme settings and just about every area that hasn't been covered yet. I have since developed a deep sense of respect for every person who has successfully launched a site.
An expert in something was once a beginner, so they say. This is a mountain that i fully intend to climb.
My website is anxiouscanine.com in case you're wondering. It's still under construction. I'd appreciate some feedback!

Keep going don't stop. At some point in your journey you'll be able to look back and connect the dot, and you'll be grateful that you've started this journey. Also remember that you're not alone.
Thanks Maggie. I appreciate the encouragement
