Dreams Require Work
Turning Dreams into reality takes work. And sacrifices. In January. I made a commitment to myself to post at least on of my photos somewhere every day. That in turn should get me into putting habit of ACTION vs planning.
Since it is way past my bedtime, I don’t have mental energy to explain the significance of the brick house in the photograph. What you can’t see in the photo is that it has one of the best water views in Corpus Christi, TX. The owner established one of the largest ranches in the United States that is still in existence. They bred some amazing Quarter Horses that still have a huge influence on the breed. The family developed a breed of cows that do well in the heat. Plus, Ford’s line of “luxury” pick up trucks is named after them and their ranch…. the King ranch.
I am blessed to see this house almost every day when I am walking my dog. It serves as a reminder of the value of hard work and pursuing your dreams.

We have a wonderful house with a pool, basketball and tennis court down the street from us. The great house is not so much the dream as the activity with children and grandchildren that goes on in the house. Our grandchildren, because of work and school, are living with our kids in different parts of the country. My dream is to have all the grand kids gather for fun times together like at the house down the street. I think about it every timeI see that house. It will take work, but I think I can do it.
Our dreams becomes a reality with the sacrifices we do. Sacrifices means HARDWORK!
And it’s great that you actually see what you’re dreaming to have in the future! Many would either just imagine it or have a picture to look at !

I don't have any house in my area that can do that for me , but I have an image in my mind that I do focus on and that serves as a reminder to pull me through whenever I'm struggling or feeling stuck or in a rut.
You're spot on, having a vision or dream is not enough. We do need also to work on them to ensure that it becomes a reality
