Life in the Fast Lane
Funny, I just read my last post dated April 26, 2021, where I was talking about going back to work in the office after working from home for 14 months. I wondered then how things would change. Change they did!!
We have been very busy over the last few months, so much so that I have had little time to devote to my sites. I wondered when I went back to work in the office full-time instead of working from home how it would impact my daily routine. I hate to say that it threw a huge kink in it. We have been pretty much living "life in the fast lane."
In May, shortly after we went back to work in the office we went to Florida for three weeks. That really messed up my routine. We visited family, went to Disney for a few days, and worked some.
My husband's uncle found out we were thinking about buying a house in Florida as a vacation/retirement home and asked us if we were interested in buying his. He and his wife had decided to leave Florida. We told him we were interested and the rest is history. We closed on the house in August. Both my husband and I ended up getting sick and were out of it for the whole month but once we got better we ended up going down for several weeks to set up the house for living, visiting family, and taking care of other business.
We have had the opportunity to travel down a couple of times since then and are making plans to go down again next month. I'm ready for some warm weather!
Even though I haven't had much time to devote to my sites, I have still had traffic to them. Maybe not as much if I had been posting regularly but I have to say it is a big surprise to see that I still have had many, many visitors. It just goes to show that if we follow the training here at WA, we can still accomplish our goals, even if we are too busy to post every day or every week.
Although I have been so busy living "life in the fast lane," I have learned not to worry about things too much and to get back to it as soon as I can, and never give up!!

Very awesome, Pamela! I'm glad that things are slowly but surely --or at least will be soon--getting back to normal!
