I was just wondering what a good blog post frequency would be for example would posting two or four a day make a difference to rankings would it hinder if you post too much du
This is my opinion...
I don't think there's a "right" answer to this, but as a general rule I only post at most once a day.
That does NOT mean that I only write one post a day. ;)
i will often write multiple posts, sometimes that continue the topic from the one before.
This way you can post one today, add a teaser that a continuation is "coming soon...", then post the next one tomorrow and go back to the first to link directly to the continuation.
I think It's a pretty common practice to have a "pool" of articles that you can use so that you're always ahead of the game...because there are some days it's simply impossible for me to find the time to actually write a brand new post.
Make sense?
I do have the time but was just wondering if there is such a thing as too many posts a day and would it look natural to google ? i mean would the site be penalised and seen and blog stuffing i am pretty new to this so am unsure but thanks for your speedy reply

I try to post every day. I think posting 2-4 times a day will get you burned out pretty quickly, especially since you probably won't see "faster" results for that posting frequency.
Over time, I think the volume will work in your favor. I used to think that consistency was what mattered, but now I think it's the accumulative volume. The thing is that someone posting consistently will have a high volume over time.
But yeah, I'd said 3-5 posts per week if you can handle it. Save the rest as drafts then schedule them if you go on vacation or run out of inspiration for a while.
