Is My Niche Too Narrow?

Hey guys,

I'm at what I consider to be the most crucial step in building a successful online business/website: Choosing a Good Niche! Haha.

I understand that my first niche will probably not be my last and I'm willing to fail in order to learn from my mistakes. I also agree with Kyle that we shouldn't spend a week to pick a niche, however, I do think we should put in a good chunk of our brain power to really dig deep and research a niche that has potential to succeed in the market place and is something that we are passionate about, in my opinion(:

I am always open to criticism and I am so grateful to be a part of such a supportive community! So, I'm hoping if I could get some advice from you guys.

Is my niche too narrow? I have a few niches in mind but here's one just as an example:

"Natural Herbal Medicines for Anxiety Relief"

So the audience I am looking to serve are people who are looking for anxiety relief in their life. Is this "Natural Herbal Medicines for Anxiety Relief" niche too narrow? Should I become an expert in this very specific niche, only focusing on natural herbal medicines to alleviate anxiety? Or should I make it a little broader and build a website to focus on multiple solutions to anxiety such as: meditation, aroma therapy, exercise, yoga, deep breathing techniques, etc?
