Since I write about mathematics in my blog, I am asking for advice on which plugin I should install in order to be able to write mathematical formulas.
I checked with Google by typing the question. This is the response
There are several WordPress plugins that can create mathematical formulas, including:
MathType: A plugin that allows you to write mathematical equations and chemical formulas into your WordPress CMS. You can use the desktop version of MathType to copy equations into your CMS.
WP-KaTeX: Integrates the KaTeX LaTeX equation typesetting engine with WordPress.
WP Math Publisher: Uses shortcode tags to display mathematical equations within your WordPress posts, pages, and comments.
MathQuill: Allows you to type complex math expressions into your WordPress page.
Calculated Fields Form: Includes an advanced formula editor with syntax highlighting and error detection.
Other WordPress plugins that can create mathematical formulas include:
Youngwhan's Simple Latex, Codecogs Latex Equation Editor, and Google Equation for WordPress
Hope that helps I dont' know how they could affect your site speed or anything else, so you may need to check each one out and read what they state before you choose one.
Also you will need to see if ithey are still available when you search the one you are interested in.
