The Military Email
Approximately a year ago or so my daughter received an email telling her and the family not to display any Military stickers on our autos, not to wear any clothing that has any Military emblem on them, not to fly any Military flags etc.
I have a Marine flag that I have never flown. Beings yesterday was Veterans day I decided I was going to fly my Marine flag along side of my American flag. I did so with pride. I am extremely proud of all branches of our Military and especially proud of my grandson who is serving with the Marine Corps and just returned home from Kuwait. Ooorah.

The militairy here in Holland are forbidden to wear their uniform while traveling home, out of fear they will be attacked by terrorists.
Fear has won from pride and courage.
That can't be a good sign.
The military here cannot wear their uniforms while traveling either. No that can't be a good sign. Thanks for getting back to me.
I am sorry you were told not to display your military stickers clothing and flags. I would like to say thank you for having the courage to fly your Marine and American flags.
Thank you I am a Veteran and I come from a long line of family that have served in the Military. Which I am a Proud American.
I retired Navy, where does you daughter live? Some places overseas it is dangerous to display military emblems, makes families targets. If she is in the USA that is sad, very sad
My father was Navy. She lives in California. Yes it is sad. I just got tired of having it in the closet. I got it to fly it, so what the heck. That is the exact reason they gave her.
