Instead, you selected an option that shared this in a classroom where all members can come in and answer the questions we know how to help with.
For this issue, I suggest that you click on "Report Content" so that you get a blank texbox that will be clearly labeled with "Contact Kyle or Carson" and this way your question will be delivered to Kyle's inbox.
Do keep in mind how busy he is and the fact that you may not hear back from him for instantly. But you are not to worry as Kyle always answers questions emailed to him.
